I am a passionate career counselor who has transitioned my career from being an Assistant Professor in Engineering Institutes to guiding students toward their ideal careers. I have served in various cities like Pune, Hyderabad, and Kolhapur for more than eight years in the department of Civil Engineering. During my tenure, I have also guided students on many projects related to wastewater treatment.

To upskill myself and guide students more efficiently, I pursued courses in career counseling. I completed the GCC Greenbelt certification from Hyderabad and is certified by UCLA Los Angeles for global career counseling. As a counselor, I have been guiding students from all streams for the last two years.

Being an army officer’s wife and closely lived an army life, I can guide in various defence Careers after 12th and graduation as well. 

I conduct seminars on career choices in schools to advise students on the best career options available. My career counselling process involves understanding the students personality, interests, and skills to provide personalized guidance in exploring and choosing the career options.

With the background in engineering and certifications in career counselling, I have gained the skill set and in-depth knowledge required to guide students to their ideal careers. Through my knowledge and experiences, I aspire to assist as many students as I can in professions that perfectly match them, paving the way for successful journeys.

Counseling, according to me, is a collaborative effort between the counsellor and the student. It assists students in identifying potential career options and understanding their interests, strengths, and weaknesses. I believe that choosing the right career is critical for students in shaping their lives. As a result, I find the most fulfillment in assisting students to become the best versions of themselves.

My career counselling approach is centered on providing personalized guidance, clarity on career objectives, skill development, and career planning. I can find meaningful and fulfilling careers for students that align with their passions and strengths by identifying their interests, exploring diverse professions, and choosing the one that perfectly complements their interests.

I aspire to take my counseling skills to greater heights through my career counselling company by providing career guidance to students from schools to colleges globally. My aim is to make her company recognized as a successful career counseling institution in the next few years.
